Okay Tom… so the Commanders situation is much better than the Pats all of a sudden? Come on man… 1-2 weeks ago their oline was in the same spot as the Pats. Isn’t it possible that a QB who isn’t a statue in the pocket can remedy a bad oline? Play the kid in week 5, if he breaks mentally because of it he’s not the guy who can win a Super Bowl anyway.
It’s not even that… over the last 3 weeks that bengals pass rush ain’t what it used to be…infact it is down right abysmal… they have no push which is why the patriots were able to keep the ball out of Burrows hands in week 1… what they are doing with Drake is the right move… give him time to work on his mechanics…learn the pro game…then send the kid out there rather than give yourself a Bryce Young Situation…Patriots fans have to trust the process they are moving in the right direction but it’s gonna take a year or so to show up in the win column
@@shanaeverowe9626 dude they have McLaurin and that’s it, he’s solid but not elite. Literally nobody was gassing up the Commanders 2 weeks ago, this is what happens when a legit QB gets in there and raises all boats.
@@John-ms6bv good QBs get in there, take their lumps and learn from it. No rookie QBs are ever thrown into perfect situations. It was perceived that Caleb’s situation was going to be near perfect, how’s that turned out so far?
Obv our o line main worry. But we also need Javon out there. We won’t know if he can be a X if he ain’t given the chance. Put javon in Thornton spot and be we see a difference. Thornton get open sometimes but when you watch film he gets clamped like 80% of the time teams run man
Will we be like the Patriots pre Brady? Will we finally get a good offense only to see the defense falter? Say whatever you want about BB he managed to keep the defense in the top 10 while he put together an offense that could shoot it out with anyone for two decades and 6 super bowl wins. He forfeited the future to do it and we are living in that future. 10 super bowl trips and 6 super bowl wins later I'm okay with paying the price and I'm forever grateful to BB, Robert Kraft and of course TB12 and all the awesome players that gave me twenty years of absolute pride and joy of being a Patriots fan after suffering for decades. It was awesome to witness the laughing stock of the NFL become the greatest football dynasty ever!
Curran is the only Boston area that actually doesn't beat down on the Pats 24/7. I respect him because he has reasonable expectations of a rebuild. Unlike Felger's dumb as.
Washington is in a system that DEMANDS the QB get rid of the ball super-fast. THAT's why they succeed with average talent on the O-Line. It ain't rocket science.
The truth is there are only a handful of good teams every season. For nearly twenty years NE pretty much dominated the AFC East. The rest of the division pretty much sucked. It’s the same way this year except now NE sucks and Buffalo is very good. I can’t stand the Drake Maye is the answer to everything that ills NE. Because of years of poor drafting this team is a multi year project. I wish people would just relax and stop picking this team apart. No people this is not a good team and it does not matter who is playing QB. Maye will find the field I am sure before this season comes to an end.

The difference is Washington has skill position players, you don't.

“He’s not the guy anyway.”
This implies development and coaching are irrelevant.
Just an inane take.

Even when Jacoby has open receivers, he doesn't throw it to them...

Where is Tommy and Matt they make the best duo
Jacoby Brissett is a stand up guy. Fix the line.

Why does Jerrod Mayo talk so much? Maybe he should think before he answers questions
Just don’t say anything. 💯
They just like to talk bad about the patriots
That’s what they literally are a bad football team what u expect they not like the Celtics
@@bullymaguire921 just bad oline not a bad team you clearly not watching
And the celtics are a basketball team cant even compare the two
Why would they talk good lol?
