Love your work mate, been following for a long time but let’s be honest that was a 12min ad for your products. All good though, understand you’ve gotta make a living 👍 Keep up the good work n look forward to the next vid
Waddup mate! Time to update the header image on your web with that gorgeous green! 👏🌱 Thanks for all amazing content. Cheers from Sweden PS. Been binge watching your latest vids while on a maternity ward. Baby son by my side. Thinking about naming him Ben 😂🍼👼🏻
Great Video Mate and the Green!!!!! Wow! What a backdrop for giving the info😃 Do you hit balls into the green daily? I would imagine no as not needing to fix repair marks to often😂 For me this is the best TH-cam channel 👍🏼🏴
Also, I know how much work it is. Its dedication for sure 😂😂 I the same but a much much smaller scale. If your ever in Scotland please give me a shout👍🏼
I've absolutely loved this series - I wait anxiously every day for the new vid, but now the green is in such good shape I feel like it's time to start on something new - maybe a fairway or tee spot with different grass?
If you are using nourish and enhance together do you use the same recomended dosage that if you was using them solo ? Or half and half, as they are both high in nitrogen?
I wonder if I need phosporus in my fertilizers at all because my soil analysis revealed that there's too much phosphorus in my soil anyway. I remember some areas even permit usage of fertilizers containing phosphorus because it doesn't wash out and it's becoming more and more of a problem with regular NPK applications.
What would be the impact and the solution for hundreds of cans of beer being thrown on a green? Always wondered what the greenkeepers at Pheonix and the LIV adelaide think about hole-outs?
I apply andersosns 28-8-10 to my surrounds once every 2 months and typically spray knife liquid fert 28-0-0 after one month as an in between "booster". Is that too much stress in a soil based area long term?
Mate glad I found your channel. Could I also add Nourish to this mix as well as Aquaturf? Is it overkill? Learning heaps mate :~).. Old school emoji lol
Liquids are so much better it’s all I put on my greens, soluble, instant results, less lock ins as again, they’re soluble less thatch and black layer buildups
Would be interesting to see some soil tests from the green

One of you best Ben. Well explained, highly informative. Thanks for sharing 👍
Cheers mate!
First Aussie 😁. Ben, thanks for the Fert Tips. 😎
Great explanation Ben!
Side note: Have you gone back to the old property and see how it’s looking? Curious…
pH test on the green would be cool to see
Nice Ben Sims 👍👍👍

Two fairways and numerous tee boxes are coming if I recall correctly
It’s all weather dependent. Getting cold now
I wish you could come help me with my tall fescue/Kentucky blue grass front yard.....lol you are killing it.
How is the other lawn up near the house going that we saw a reno on late last year?
Good stuff!

When you put in the root barrier how did you secure it so it stayed upright?
Are you going to trim or cut the trees near the green to get rid of the shaded area?

Tips how can I get a Sprayer like that in the USA? Can it be shipped to USA?
I love liquids because you can mix them up with other liquids and speed up the application process.
Happy days.. happy days..

Hey Ben...Adding a wetting agent to your foliar sprays would have merit yeah? Better adhesion to the leaf? Or is there a reason you don't? Thanks.
can't see many of those big weed leaves, looking great in the surrounds
are you ever going to make your products available in NZ?
They are now actually through lawnonline.co.nz/
(I don’t have any kickback or anything, but it’s a place you can get it 👌🏽)

Is it too late to be putting down liquid urea to repair some bare patches?
Depends on the temps and grass type. Will still do something but definitely less that when it was warmer
@@LawnTips Currently in Melbourne it's definitely getting cooler. Daytime temps are in the mid to high teens. Grass is Sapphire Buffalo.
Can you spray on damp turf or does it have to be dry?
Yep! You definitely can

You could for sure mate! Definitely an option. Thanks for watching too!
@@LawnTips Appreciate your response mate. Will order them now 👌
No worries at all mate, appreciate the support!
Just ordered. Can't wait to muse them Ben..
Are you going to sell the lawn tips flags again?
The fact your using your own product means you believe in them. They seem to work pretty good from what I’m seeing here at home.
Easiest way to remember N-P-K is up, down and all around

Hose sprayers should require a testable backflow prevention device. Shouldn't be allowed to buy one without the other in my opinion.
Liquid Fert = easier to store, takes up less space.
Wonder when he will start a grooming program. Likely next season?
📖 you're like a Lawn Encyclopaedia
Look at that bunta Enhance
Why don’t you show them how to calibrate their individual spray unit
Happy to let you know how it’s done
I have a video on it 😉 that’s the one I linked in the description. Will do another video dedicated to calibration again soon
