Why isn't CM Queue0 being referenced in the qos-map for "0". I see that "Control" is being used instead. Does that mean you have to use Control in the Data Traffic policy instead?

Control also uses queue0 by default.

yes vedge-cloud should work. Ensure you have cloud-qos enabled

Why do you use the central data policy to configure QoS? Why not using local policy?
for classification you can either use a local-policy via ACL or use a data policy
