I know people don't like to make comparisons to voice actors of different languages because they're all good at what they do, but the ability for japanese voice actors to sing in character to the point where its basically expected for them to be able to do it has always been a sign to me that they're a step above the rest

Its so arrogant of people to hold this "everyone is good" mindset when there is simply a vast difference in effort put in from different countries. America doesn't care much about anime/game voice acting and has very little infrastructure to raise quality talents, instead they make it actively hard to break into the industry with their nepotism culture. Meanwhile Japan cares a ton about voice acting for games and anime to the point that seiyus are actual celebrities and people play games just for their performance. Its a line of work that many dedicate their whole life to and there are opportunities for them to actually get there. They also actually wanna be here and are fans which cannot be understated. Most EN VAs are ashamed of voicing these games and would rather be in TV shows or AAA titles but gotta do this to make money and build reputation. Its not comparable and for every good EN VA there are over 100 good JP VAs. Its so hard to find a bad JP VA whose performance drags down a product they are in as well meanwhile with EN dubs thats common occurance and a reason many avoid them on principle.

Finally, Anime opening. What's more, it's down pat to Natlan's arc reaching the climax with nostalgic chorus and foreshadowing of upcoming episodes, not to mention the very classic 90s and 2000s energy of Shounen and Digimon energy. XD
As a Korean, I find the current Korean translation of Mavuika's lyrics very strange and incorrect. The English version is the best and the most impressive. The current reaction in Korea is very negative.

The only mistake was the EN adaptation(adaptation, not even the VA's fault. Mostly because CN/JP style rap is different from EN rap). The rap was fine in CN/JP. Not sure about KR since I've never listen to KR rap.

I think its actually better. They adapted the lyrics in a way they made more sense instead of keeping it in. Now i know even then the lyrics are not anything special, but at least they're not bad this time. (Generally English translated lyrics gets botched)
