Justin and pablo and the 2 girls are classmates way past. Then accident happened that leads to the death of Pablo's love interest. Justin's love interest accepted the scholarship and who knows she might attended the reunion too. Josh and Pablo are in the current times where you can see josh drop off the bus where pablo is also there inside. Josh intented meeting her long lost love interest which he eventually found out that already married and had a daughter which wears the red bracelet josh gave to her. Forward to future ken has a crush to a girl who wears red bracelet which is the daughter of josh love interest. Unfortunately she already has a GF that time. Inspite of that ken rescued her to the man who wants to take advantage of her. Stell is with Ken's timeline where he work as a barista in a cafe whom she always met this girl who is a regular there but eventually became taken before he even confess his feelings to her. But he accepted his fate and moved on. For the last part pablo visited the grave of his girl revealing that he became a pwd because of that accident

Josh and Athena were childhood sweethearts. Each of them wears a red bracelet. However, due to unknown reasons, they didnt end up together. In the park, when Josh reminisced about his past, a young (boyish) girl approached him to which he gave his red bracelet and later on realizing that the young girl is Athenas child.
Another fun fact: this song was used as OST in the first BL (Boys Love) series in the Philippines Gameboys, which became phenomenal and dominated the BL world that time. The writer, Director and some of their staffs are fans of SB19 that's why they pushed it to make the song as their ost for the Gameboys the movie.
