isn't it dangerous for lizards to have this kind of bedding? they can swallow it when eating crickets and it's so dangerous for them, they can even die if they have too much sand in them :/

Loose substrate rarely causes issues as long as the rest of their husbandry is on point. Typically you'll see impaction in animals that have not had proper access to water, a poor diet/supplementation, or incorrect lighting, which all can hinder gut motility. A healthy animal will pass the occasionally piece of substrate without issue. We feel it is important for animals to still be able to exhibit natural digging and burrowing behaviors.
