Growing seed from seed can take more then 20 to 40 year for the first fruiting. Go and get a branchlet from a tree that had bear fruit and graft the bud on the seedling you from from seed. This way your tree will start fruiting after 4-5 years. To get a good system, plant the seedling in a 2 feet cube hole fill with well drain and organic soil.
Grafting also enable you to get good quality fruit provided the donor bud is from tree that bear good quality fruits.
Planting from seed won’t give the same quality as the fruit you eat.

Believe it or not....
To get the same quality you actually have to grows the seeds together with its flesh...not just the seeds.
This is to protect the seeds from any bacteria or germs from your fingers so that you'd get the same quality from it once it grows 🌹

Not a "How to" video as the title suggests. This nothing more than a video montage. There's no information on lighting, temperature, water, or other soil nutrients required for growing durian seeds.
This video explains how we grow durian in Sri Lanka. Durian is grown spontaneously in many districts of Sri Lanka and is also grown commercially in Asian countries such as the Philippines and India. We used compost fertilizer here and planted the seeds at a normal prevailing temperature. Thanks For Watching ❤️
