But AMI gives me my Kick 🦵🕣🕥🕥 Anytime And I slowly start smiling bigger and bigger through her videos every time and by closing out I've been holding a smile big enough and long enough it hurts sometimes. Nobody drumming not even 6 year olds doing Rush make me smile so hard it hurts. It's one thing to drum, it's one thing to drum any style of drummer known, it's one thing to be cute and sexy while drumming, But it's a whole other thing when all are combined and do it so simply with out leaning, with a good sized spaced out set, free of concentrating like she wrote it herself for the drummer she is covering is what gets me. I wave my arms around like a traffic cop at intersection in New York City, she doesn't wave arms, even when Lombardo has to be all over the place to get through his own shit he composed, Ami just smiles into camera holding posture. And she's got the prettiest windup like a baseball pitcher for the top mounted cymbals, to slowly raise arm bringing stick up High & around back to slice! cymbal, lol I can't double bass with normal shoes on without out eventually hickuping a kick just enough to tell I did it. iT might happen 40 seconds in or 15 min. later. I m way safer without shoes bare foot, And then Princess 👑 here 🥀💮 👉 👠👠. 👈 💐🥀. well...we All know
This just confirms you are a drum goddess, Miss Ami! Handling Gene Hoglan's drumming like a boss; I think he'd be pleased if he hears this one. This happens to be my favorite song from "Symbolic", so that makes things even better for me. I think it warns people to watch out for false prophets and to seek God on your own terms--yes, I've heard the story as to why Chuck wrote this one, and the people who inspired it were clearly Bible thumper types who were too busy being judgmental and negative to realize they were doing wrong in alienating people. My take, anyway.
