I can’t believe that no one got Max’s advice, it was genius. You figure out how many rubber bands does it take to squash it, then you take another watermelon and put a few less that required, and finish the squash with your tights. As you get stronger, you gradually reduce the amount of rubber bands, until you no longer need any. It was simple, addressed the psychological factor, and was a realistic approach to train to reach a bizarre and funny goal. To me, it was the best advice.
Really enjoyed this and being able to see everybody's reactions. Also need more of Max in future episodes!! Won't see watermelons in quite the same way 😂😂😂😂
