AKA, the realistic version. Though, knowing how hot headed Jake is, he might not believe Danny. Actually, I think they would fight, but Danny wouldn't kill Jake. Soviet Knight was a new design for season 2, they introduced a different art style to the show along with a thin more traditional dragon style, the ones that look like Shenron from DBZ.

Yea, The new Design Was of the Shenlong Dragon or asian style dragon. The old Design Was of the European dragon Model which i guess would fit a little more given as how mostly europeans conquered america and since there is no American dragon style of dragon.

I has a little surprised they didn't bring up the Kill Spot, or whatever it's called. I haven't watched much American Dragon, but my udnerstanding was that there is a spot behind the ear that is an instant deathblow for a Dragon.
Joseph Perez They say in the DB cast that they tend to leave out things that aren't as important as to streamline the show/episode. I mean Danny wouldn't have know to hit Jake behind the ear so it's weird that they even mentioned the Sphinx Hair weakness since again Danny couldn't possibly know to exploit it.

That has to be Dexter, he is way more adept at making combat oriented stuff and robots.
His lab is orders of magnitude bigger than Neutron's and thanks to DeeDee he is also adept at dealing with losses and rebuilding from scratch.

Ya know no one says it but maddie and jack are amazing. For most of season 1 they made gear that work on ghost based on theory alone. They rarely ever see ghost but all of their equipment works.
Yeah, they put most of there lives work into it. But they did have help from Vlad. All three manage to find ectoplasm. Jack and Maddie pretty much took it from there to create the equipment.
Heck the Fenton Thermos even works on fairies. They accidentally created something that works on powerful magic beings from a different universe. They're low key smart as hell.
A blood lusted Danny Phantom is actually a scary thought remember in Public Enemies where Danny swallowed a spork but then turned his hand intangible and reached inside of himself to remove it yeah now think of that spork as a heart.
That's low key how I thought DP was gonna kill Jake. I love both shows, so I'm glad Jake didn't go out in a gruesome way.

I'm on the theory of the second animation style was cheaper for them to make. Where I agree the designs weren't as good.
@@toniconge7003 another theory is that they wanted the dragon to seam more oriental, what I call the snake style or shenron style if you will, as opposed to the more western style to appeal to more audiences. Disney loves this approach. I still prefer the original.
Coming back and watching this, what I like best is the dialogue from the two. The writers really made it feel like you're watching a crossover episode rather than a Death Battle. Like you could actually hear Danny making puns like this if he ever met Jake.
And each one made me cringe so hard.

To be fair, you can't really measure the force of a character hitting another character since most of them have varying levels of damage resistance or negation....which can't be calculated until you have them do the same damage to a floor or something.

This was actually the most merciful killing I've seen in a Death Battle.
I disagree. His body was possessed, and slammed into numerous walls enough to elicit Jake going unconscious, and then it was vaporized completely. Just cause his little ghost appeared didn't make it any less brutal. It just ain't bloody

Considering his durability, flying through walls wouldn't make him dizzy, much less knock him out.
And being vaporized is why it was merciful, other characters get impaled, dismembered and worse, blood or not.
Hell, he got vaporized so fast that the instant he became a ghost a second later, he was just confused instead of remembering the pain.

Yeah, once I saw that Danny's destruction of the golf course was over 500 tons of TNT and that Jake's multi-wall fire blast was only about 30, it was over. That power output gap was just too much. Not to mention Jake's fire breath was outclassed by a dragon Danny canonically beat who could clear clouds. Freaking clouds! I know this was a Community Death Battle before, but even back then it was agreed that Danny wins rather easily. So I was hoping that they discovered something during research to make it closer(though with Danny still winning), but it doesn't really look like it.

Death battle between John Wick and Agent 47, and it should be done the same way as Solid Snake vs Sam Fisher; with 3D animation.
Agent 47 is very stealth orientated, whereas John is more of a direct - guns blazing - style guy.
