    sir last 3 months se i am playing cricket casually in the park or matches on weekends lekin sir and initially i used to play good hit sixes and fours and used to play an entertaining knock mai ball dekh ke khelta tha lekin sir 1 day i got hit on my private area sixer ball se tab se sir mai ball ko dur se khelne laga hun or lape marne laga hun or sir abb mujhse ball touch bhi nahi ho raha hai 1.5 months se 😢😢 kuch tips dijiye sir pls taki mai vapas se bade hits marpaun baut jada demotivate ho gaya hun mai 😢😢

    Ram Ram sir ji after bowling but i don't know why mera shoulder me swelling aa jati hai jab bhi mai jada pace ke liye try krta hun or kabhi kabhi mere shoulder ke niche back side bhi swelling aajati hai and 3 - 4 days me thik ho jata hai but kabhi kabhi shoulder me kuch gutli se bani rehti hai 10 - 15 din tak kaya mai kuch galat krta hun jis se aisa ho raha hai sir
