According to Zillow this house was first listed for $55 million and reduced to $45 million, sold for $36.5 million, again listed for $125 million, finally reduced to $110 million and still on the market.

3 garage parking spots? Anyone with 125M (or the actual sale price being MUCH less) would have more than 3 cars worth protecting from the ocean air. This is an older home and someday will be rebuilt. Look at google maps and all the construction in the area - those are rebuilds of homes this age happening now, just a couple properties away.

Price between 90 million and 120 million is totally realistic. It's right next to Paradise Cove Beach and the lot is insane huge for a Malibu ocean/beach front proberty, with direct beach access.

It has a pretty decent-size chunk of land and great views and I love the house because it's older and actually has some charm and warmth to it instead of being those soulless monstrosities .

Looks like a giant very cold “all inclusive” hotel. Only the location is nice. If you are an ultra rich investor without taste and a middle age Catedhral lover then that would make sense to buy and for living
Ive seen the houses of Malibu most of them are stone cold and soulless .
This is one of the few houses that has some charm and warmth to it believe it or not and that's probably because it's an older house
