This interview is sad. Working this life because of the child, where the father is not there to provide enough support to survive. This story is depressing. Luckily, she got out for a night, well only 2 hours, but it is something. Good luck Kai.
This happens all over the world. Unfortunately those kinds of men get the majority of women pregnant. It's a choice that that make. Nobody ever thinks of the consequences of their actions.
They are well paid for Thailand wages but hopefully she meets a good man and has the family she wants one day

Working 12 hours a day 6 days a week in a factory for low wages is also sad, so most girls who are attractive enough prefer to work in a tourist bar.
keep in mind many girls in Pattaya can make more than your average American, not all are broke. if they get just one long time with a customer, which is about 6000 baht, thats more than what I make in an 8 hours day here in the highest paid country in the world or one of them, Australia that is.
This interaction was really sweet. Thank you for sharing. One thing that stood out for me was how much these bars are taking in from the girls. I am not familiar with this kind of thing, so I was also surprised to learn that they have a drink quota to reach. Must be tough for them sometimes.
Don't know if I should share this but...Thank God and blessed be my father for rescuing my mother from the lifestyle when she was orphaned at the age of 7 and this lifestyle was the only way out...

Good video. I lived in Pattaya for almost 3 years and I miss it everyday. Hopefully I will return and retire in Thailand within 2 years. I have thought about the Philippines, but I have never been to P.I. Maybe someday I should visit the Philippines and see what it is like there.
Thailand - everything works a lot better, more modern, and much better food.
Bar fines are common in the Philipines, too.

At 2:22 is the condo building I usually stay in when in Pattaya. Also, there is a cheaper option than taking the taxi to Pattaya. There is a bus that leaves the airport and goes to Pattaya also.
Yes, the bus only cost 143 baht, I'm guessing the taxi cost a hell of a lot more. Thailand is a great place to retire, was stationed in the Philippines in the 1980's, and love Thailand much better.

Great interview Gelay, really enjoyed it. So sad to see her with all those tattoos as they really destroy her body. Most men do not like tattoos so she's really shrunk the amount of men who will want her for marriage. All men will want to have sex with her but only a small percentage will want her for a serious relationship. So sad.

You should have had a video that points out the cultural differences between Filipino and Thai.
One difference is that Thais have difficulty learning to speak English due to
pronunciations used in their native language. However English has been a
second language or third language in the Philippines for over 50 years.

More like they don't want to lose assets to other countries. Filipinas draw in a lot of tourism and $$$ into the country with that. And if the expat stays that is even better for the country.

Sky is a very typical Agogo-Girl. Not to forget - before you can barfine her, you have to buy a minimum of 5 ladydrinks (1250 baht). Barfine for so called supermodels can also be 2500 baht. Don°t expect too much, also when it is on the expensive side. You may be lucky in your choice or it can be a bummer....
This Thai lady is wondering why she doesn't get drinks some nights, if she charges that much she probably doesn't get barfined that much either.
