Thanks great job .But first you must mention the priority for treatment and general overall diagnosis before designing sds regardless of bieng atemplate.Firstly , this patient has facail asymmetry initiated by muscular hypertrophy of the left side decreasing eyelid opening due to high muscle tone . I supoose that this patient has tension head ache with left side over activity and worndown condyler area you can see also by looking at the asymmetry of facail wrinkles.You must treat these before comensing sds because it effect the data.Secondly ,thus case has right lateral missing replaced by the dicidous canine and the permenent canine is on the lateral incisor area right side,therefore by putting a long cown permanent canine on deciduous tooth has a damaging effect on the canine guidance and TMJ area on latertrusive movement. lastly this design must consider phonetics and incisal guidance before elongating and adding thickness to any anterior teeth.
