I've always wanted to shop in Irvine, but the times we come to CA, we land at John Wayne and uber to Disneyland and then uber back to the airport after our trip, once we did take a Disney day break and an uber to LA for a Kings hockey game and the the observatory to see the Hollywood sign and it was great.....I know Irvine is beautiful.....anxious to see where you are moving to.....moving is always bitter sweet, no matter how exciting moving on is, one leaves a piece of their heart. Life is always about change at every stage and age. All the very best Katie and Spence!

Lovely! This caught my eye because the pool area is a carbon copy of where my parents live (since 2005) ...not sure where this is but they live in Tustin Ranch. I grew up in Irvine (IHS Class of 1984 - yes, I'm old) -- it's alarming how identical everything looks but that's the Irvine Company Way :-D

I lived in an Irvine Co apartment next to Angels Stadium. Those apartment homes are amazing.

All this time I thought you guys lived in Malibu. And when you went to Balboa Island alot I thought man, that's a bit of a trip. We live in Irvine and go to Balboa Island all the time but only on weekends. Good luck with your move.
Apparently the parrots come from Mexico. They're all over the place in the evenings in Ocean Beach San Diego as well.

Not gonna lie, the scene where Katie and Spencer are at the burger joint talking about their update was rather gross. While I can appreciate when food reviews do it, for a general life update video, just enjoy your food and wait till after you have finished to complete the update. There is no reason why we need to hear Spencer chiming in while chew on fries.

All I hear about is increased crime in the Irvine area (along with A LOT of SoCal!). I moved to Las Vegas (HUGE mistake! Cheap to live, gorgeous, big house / pool, but the Vegas valley outside the Strip is one dirty strip mall after another!! (People told me Henderson and Summerlin were nice……they’re NOT). Malibu is perfection (despite the constant fire threat), but it’s $$$$$$$, and far from Disneyland, so I get it. When you’re there, go get lunch at Lily’s at Pointe Dume Plaza!
