They clearly understand and don't like it when rapmon says they can't speak English I noticed Suga really raised his English speaking game up and was speaking more English this past year then he ever has. He was even talking more than V and I'd say V is the second best at English but Suga has gotten really good and speaks it in a really natural way unlike Jin who also speaks decent English but alot of times I think he sounds like a text book.
People don't know but Rapmon has really improved. He worked so hard. He translated so much when they came to the US for billboards. I was so impressed seeing all the interviews they did. And also seeing the rest of the members try to join in was awesome.Yoongi is actually pretty good.He says he's not good.
