I just recently flashed my GT3C with custom firmware as well. I originally bought it with the PPM expander board hardware hack already installed as I want all the default key functions on the radio but also want extra channels. But then decided I needed the custom firmware as well since it has some fixes implemented and some more features. Now I have a Firmware and Hardware hacked GT3C.
i wonder if anybody can help. just bought a gt3c but the lipo battery was already installed and not packed seperately.is this normal or could it be used.
Just a guess, but the wiring sounds like it's not correct and can't communicate with the device. Another thing to check is make sure you plug it into a USB port on your computer, not a USB hub (unless it's an externally powered hub). This just ensures it has enough power, since the USB port has to power the GT3C as well.

I have 3 of these radios and all of them came exactly as you see in this video. Battery separate from the radio. It is probably used.
its not working i just got this error message Error : Problem while trying to Reset swim and device. Apply a Power On Reset

Why using 0.6.1 firmware instead 0.6.2? it's better? more stable?

can i use 18650 battery with Amper 40 in this remote
This transmitter does not hold 18650 batteries. Anything is possible, but this transmitter already comes with a battery.
