When I started studying Okinawan Karate do Goju Ryu Martial Arts when I was 9 years old and my Dad was in The Air Force in Vietnam, I lived on the Island of Okinawa. I was Introduced to the teachings of Buddha from my Sensei. 35 years studying Goju Ryu and 8 Black Belts. Knowing what I am capable of and studying Buddhist teaching just as long has made me mentally level like Ying and Yang. Never hurt anyone, but don't let yourself be hurt.
