Lacey Chabert does a great job with voicing Zatanna. This show makes Zatanna very relatable because despite having cool powers, and being with the team, she had to live 10 years of her life blaming herself for what happened to her father when he gave himself up as a host for fate. If I were in her shoes, I’d feel the same way. Plus, she and Nightwing would have made a great couple if the show kept it that way because they had so much in common with each other.

@@NRaache If we going with the original origin story, her mother left and Zatanna was raised by her father. The show or comics never established her history, So I go with the one that fits best with this version until it’s proven otherwise by the show.

Her dad didn't even told her. In the newer comics she has been trained in them since early on.

I’m so glad we’re get a Zatanna focused arc for once in our lives so overdue hopefully they can talk about how she feels about fate possessing her dad even after all these years because s3 clearly shows she’s still not over it and also hopefully if she has any relatives we can see them as well I think she has a uncle idk but I hope something good comes out of her arc

As I looked at this video, I noticed that the part at 7:35 is the most watched of this whole video. I wonder if it's her acting here, or if it has to do with the way she says "Daddy" and the way it's edited. Close your eyes and imagine her saying those words to someone else, but in a different context. Much, much different. 🤣

Ngl sometimes I find the show’s animation weird when their faces are not overly emoting. Like they just give a blank stare while saying something or the feeling of their dialogue doesn’t match the face.
It's called budget. You can't have ever shot perfectly animated in a show
