I think Ocean Prime, and Esther's Kitchen Food looked better. Spago just has a good view. I don't know if I wanna pay that much just for the view. With that said, this is one of these best videos on Las Vegas brunches I have seen. Great job you two!
Loved this video. All of this is seriously right in my backyard!! I used to go to Spago when it was at Caesars. The staff took such good care of us. We'd get a complimentary dessert board every single time. The pappardelle pasta bolognese is basically lazy lasagna. So freaking good.

I keep meaning to get to Ocean Prime. Not on this list but the brunch at the Eiffel Tower restaurant is one I like as well as Jardin at the Wynn . Fun video as always…enjoyed it 😎😎😎

Haha who knew the Macho Man would pull someone in, so glad you found us We have not had dinner there but from talking to others the quality seems high at both brunch and dinner and we would give it a try. We have a never ending list for dinner places so when we can get dinner quality at brunch we always do brunch so it opens dinner for more fancy eats 🤣

Great video!! I have an allergy to eggs (it’s the protein in the yolk). Watching those runny yolks makes me literally gag lol. The other stuff looks good. It’s too bad most “breakfasts” usually contain eggs.

Was Josh OK drinking the dry ice before it stopped bubbling? I thought it was dangerous and critical to wait until bubbles stopped so you don't seriously hurt yourself.
I’m not an egg eater & watching someone break the yolk & ruin the rest of the food on their plate is gross. 😅 The cinnamon roll pancakes look delish. Think I’d prefer a different type of nut, like walnuts, on the pancake.
I know it's Vegas and I know it's Catch but $23 for one hand cut roll and you only get 5 pieces is insane. Not worth it. Did you think it was overpriced? I see you got 8 pieces for the same price at Ocean Prime.
Heck yea it’s overpriced plus this was two years ago so you could easily add a couple bucks to everything sadly. We feel dining in Las Vegas has generally broken us for shock factor on prices sadly, but it does make traveling everywhere else feel cheap outside of the hotel rooms
Wonderful descriptions of all the dishes. Your a cute couple but, table manners are terrible, shoveling food with fingers to your fork, licking a knife! Such large portions on your fork for a bite..... Can hardly watch talking with food in your mouths. Sorry moving on.
