I'm hypermobile with a lot of asymmetries between left and right. Some I think are following a car accident many years ago and some to a fall, more recent, but also many years ago. Chronic pain ever since that fall. Unfortunately not able to do most recommended exercises in the ways suggested due to my hypermobility.
I've had to find ways of doing the exercises using my own methods otherwise I can just move my joints hardly engaging any muscles at all. I wish someone would really address this. Maybe one day. In the meantime I have to be creative ..... involves making a lot of mistakes and making the pain worse for a time. Sometimes I give up but more often, these days, I find a way that works.
I have dynamic valgus knee on one side only but no knee pain at all. Tons of problems in my foot and pelvis though. And lots of shoulder and neck pains on the other side. Who knows which came first. I think it started all those years ago with the accident affecting neck and ribs and then it worked itself downwards till it hit my foot. I so wish I wasn't as flexible as I am. Oh well. Worse things can happen and do.

A dynamic knee valgus, slowly receding thanks to PM-program, only on the right leg...
Interesting, because the "kinetic chain" runs up to the waist, somewhere at the T11 T 12 level. Indeed the shapes of my waist on the right and the left sides are different ..
    I do have a stress point at the T11 or T 12..
Something that I am keen to investigate further ..
Too much assymetrie between both sides of the body is not good i know...
If it is running up to the neck ? Will see..

Is it possible that knee valgus cannot be fixed without surgical intervention? I have been dealing with it for a while and have thrown the kitchen sink at it

It is possible that there are some cases that cannot be fixed without surgical intervention. It is also possible that many cases can. That's where we come in. In either case, the content will assist the user to regain as much movement and control as is possible irrespective of how advanced their condition may be.
If you haven't tried Knee Pain Solution then you are still missing the sink ;)

@@PrecisionMovementCoach it’s definitely hard to know which programs will work for the individual. I have tried PT and a postural correction coach without success.
