I am in awe. This is so creative, the fabrics are perfect, and I LOVE the idea of roughing up the felt paths! The trees are BRILLIANT, what an affordable, easy craft; miniature trees are so expensive and this is the perfect solution. The waterfall turned out so well. Fairyland turned is absolutely magical, every little aspect, especially the flying dragons, what an amazing setup!!
This is such wonderful, positive and inspirational feedback. Thank you! It makes me so happy and truly helps me through a diorama when I have frustrating and tedious moments. And yes, miniature trees are quite expensive. And many of them do not even look nice. I have other trees I plan to make as well. Thank you, always. ❤
Thank you so much - greatly appreciated! Very glad that you liked the waterfall. I really did not expect it to turn out as well as it did just using the fake snow material. I always thought I would have to resort to using resin to make a nice waterfall, which I do not want to make time for it at this point.
I loved seeing everything in detail. The houses are really beautiful and look great in this scenario, it was hard work but it was worth it because the result is fantastic. It's the best hobby ever🤗. Thank you for the tips🧡.
Thank you! It’s great to have other collectors like you understand the joy and the work that goes into a diorama. It’s great fun and very cool to have TH-cam as a way to keep a video journal. I’m thinking I’ll have fond memories looking back at a lot of my videos in a few years.
@@SylvanianWorld Yes i agree, one of the biggest advantages of youtube is that, saving our videos so we can see them and remember them for later, is a memory diary😊!
Obrigado! Estou tão feliz que você pode sentir a magia desta terra de fantasia. Eu aprecio você tomar o tempo para me avisar. Is so me faz muito feliz! 😘
Thank you so much - that means a lot to me. Michael’s used to have a much better selection of miniatures, but in the past few years the selection has not been as good. So I have to always keep my eyes peeled for other sources. Glad you’ve also made use of Dollar Tree. I can’t get over how nice the fairy houses were this year. 🧚♂️😁
I was so excited to see this video in my subscription feed, love a good behind the scenes video! This set up is incredible! I love how you've mixed all the different elements together, you have such a wonderful collection to draw from!
I so appreciate your feedback and taking the time to watch. Yes, behind the scenes can be quite fun, especially seeing the scope and sloppiness that gets cut out of the final version. And your collection is wonderful and so enjoyable to watch as well.
What do you have against Trolls? Kidding! Amazing! For a while now, I thought you were a Sylvanian Families "purist". Dare I dream to see some of the LOTR's Hobbit houses in future set-up and stories?
Is a "Sylvanian Families purist someone who only sets up scenes with Sylvanian Families items? Do most collectors use outside objects or are they "purists"? I am a new collector and have been very curious about that.
Ha - thank you. No, I’m not a Sylvanian purist. It’s too much fun to incorporate other toys and miniatures. You’ll probably see some vintage strawberry shortcake figurers in my next large set up. I actually want to make my own hobbit house sometime as well as a rabbit hole house. If it happens, it won’t be for quite a long time. Thank you so much for watching.
@@debby8428 Yes, I think a purist will use only Sylvanian buildings, figures and accessories. Although I would think they are open to using trees, flowers and other scenic details that are not only Sylvanian. There is plenty of lovely items to use if one is a purist. But I prefer mixing in other brands. Allows for more whimsy and uniqueness.

You make such amazing displays. I love the mix of crafted items, miniatures, and even the Lego castle, but the waterfall is the main attraction.

That was interesting, seeing the elements individually within such an impressive diorama. Thank you!❤
Thank you! Very glad you enjoyed seeing the details and greatly appreciate you taking the time to let me know. 😊
Love this setup, love the way you combine all the different pieces with critter items. I love to do that with my scenes as well.
Thank you! I agree, it’s far more interesting to incorporate other brands and diy projects. You always do a superb job.
