well, Michigan built this year’s exceptional team because a whole bunch of players who could have gone to the NFL came back for one more year. we’ll see if same works for OSU.
Bill O'brien will never work in the NFL again. JJ Watt, who is a God in Houston, forced a trade to get away from Bill O'brien. He had Deshaun Watson and DeAndre Hopkins in Houston. And neither wanted to play for him. He is a bad NFL coach.
BOB took the Texans to division wins 4 out of the 6 years he was there and McGloin, Hackenberg, Young, Watson and even Brady had their best seasons with BOB as coach. Saying he's a horrible coach, as if he somehow doesn't understand X's and O's, is just an ignorant statement. Harbaugh wore out his welcome too, with his abrasive coaching style, and now he's right back in the league. If BOB is successful at OSU then he'll have an opportunity again in the NFL.
@@BulletProofSoul1029 Where did I say horrible? "Bad NFL head coach." Which is true. His record was 52-48 (2-4 postseason). Two of his division titles were 9-7. And his players quit on him. JJ Watt quit on him! No one in Houston misses him.
@@therealzeel3081 Having a record over .500 in the NFL make you a "bad NFL coach"?🤔 How many coaches have come and gone in the NFL since BOB was in Houston and left with a worse record than his? Winning in the NFL isn't easy, and half those playoff losses went to the eventual Super Bowl champion. And so what if JJ Watt doesn't like him, it's a business. BOB's issue has nothing to do with coaching, it's more about being a terrible GM. Btw, if the O"Brien tenure was so bad then why did it take so long for Houston to become relevant again once he left, with an apparent unimpressive 10-7 record. And I'm not even some BOB apologist, it's all about being rational instead of emotional about things.
Awesome connection with George Chaump/Four Chapman.. Love it!
Interesting, from a Buckeye fan.....even smiling here....

HIS NAME IS AIR NOLAND AND AIR IS A NICKNAME !!!
Kids who stay in college longer for NIL are going to cost themselves more money on their 2nd deal in the NFL. GMs put a value on more years under 30.
Disagree, most guys don't make it into the league, and if they do, they are out in a few years.
@@zyzxx1762Good point. My post was referring to the elite guys. The ones that could be 1st or second round picks that tOSU is convincing to stay.
Its almost like they enjoy playing at Ohio st
Hey bob how about that pin strip bowl ? Yeah !
Dave, it's just technology. Don't be frightened!

As far as a bad NFL coach, tell me what N. Saban and Urban Meyer's record is in the NFL? That's what I thought!!!! WE ARE
Penn State does have a "Dallas Cowboys" problem, but that doesn't mean that next year won't be special. See ya in State College, O$U.
