Believe it or not your advice is actually the correct advice. I know it's supposed to be a comedic skit but it's the absolute truth. Guys believe in this or if I'm cool with her she won't put me on child support. But that same woman can wait years and put the father on child support and the man will end up owing back child support as soon as possible that should be taken care of.

I put myself on child support also. A baby momma can’t hold anything against you when you face your fears. Now she got to let me see my child and there’s nothing she can do to me. Sometimes the law is good and in your favor.
That’s a lie. Some baby momma’s are greedy and will make you have to get half a million dollars a YEAR. Only time you’ll be seeing your child is in your dreams with the mere 10 minutes you’d be sleeping, as you’d be working overtime 24/7.

@LA Ryan it's doable. If you're dealing with someone who still has some growing up to do, it's probably best that you do put yourself on child support and set up court ordered visitation. You'll be on the hook for child support and insurance but it's setting you up and establishing yourself as a dependable potential custodial parent for down the road. If she doesn't follow that court ordered visitation and keeps you from visiting your child she will be held in contempt of court. If she disobeys the court order a second time infringing on your parental rights or neglecting or endangering the child its game over from that point. It's how I got custody of my son.
You have to start child support to get the custody phase
If he pay $4000 a month he earns 4X that amount. Especially for one child.

I put myself on child support one of the smartest things I ever did. Just make sure that you have money order receipts when you go. I sure as hell did and it worked out for me.
Going through this rn.I just filed child support on myself to avoid arrears in the future.I got cash app receipts saying child for the past year and a half and my son only 2 plus I’m sending her 100 a week and I only make 20 an hour just to prepare myself mentally for what imma have to pay for 1 kid

Be prepared for possible audits every 5 years. So before then limit any over time 3-4 months prior to the audit any extra money earn will count against you and benefit her.
@@TheAngryman1967 that may be a problem. I still have to prove income right now in the process. I was just gonna work 40 hours for a month and take those stubs in plus my checks break down regular pay and overtime and I was gonna tell the judge overtime is voluntary and it’s not guaranteed

Best advice, Lawyer up! Men/women do NOT go to court for child support without an attorney. This shit happened to me. I was able to appeal the first ruling which ironically was for $4,000 a month 🤣🤣 and the circuit court judge threw out the entire order which cancelled the lower court's decision and wiped all the arears. I was very blessed to have made it out that situation but there are many of us that don't because most men Pro Se (Self Representation). The Judge knows that you don't know the law and do not know how to properly argue your case, which they WILL use your ignorance against you. Also the mother has to provide for the child as well as you do, so you have to request her check stubs or w2. I can only give so much because I am not a lawyer nor is this legal advice. Just speaking from what I have been through and hopefully this can give someone that is currently going through this situation some type of guidance and/or hope that they can make it through too!

Child support, it truly is a two way street here in Calif. There be no beeffin about time , or money when it's all said and done. You just need to make sure you get a "Mouth Piece" when you go. It may cost a bit more but it's worth in the end, believe me

You go to Court Filing for Full Custody and you can Settle for Joint Custody. Never go on Child Support.
