Huge fan of actual Maul but 1:04 version of him evokes ancient Sith vibes...like "what have we awakened"? Duel of the Fates redeemed the narrative and film for me but I wonder if this could have elevated it. That design is intimidating beyond.

I was struggling to see the Stanley Kubrick until it comes to those larger shots of craft in hangers, but then I thought that Kubrick was a film director, not a photographer, so it's probably harder to nail his aesthetic without having moving pictures.
Also, we come to, at this point, a limitation of the AI when it comes to interpreting Lucas' vision, where place, colour and character were essentially the same. Yoda, the Ewoks, the Emperor: these characters are found in different settings with different colour pallets because that is an important part of the visual language Lucas used to convey the story of Star Wars.
None of which is to say I don't think this is good. These images are fascinating!
