The day is finally here! My In Bay Automatic Car Wash is getting installed. I believe it will take 2-3 weeks to complete but Day 1 is the first step and in this video I show you what it looks like.
I believe this automatic car wash will be a great investment and great addition to my 5 self serve car wash bays so with this touchless automatic I will be covering a different types of customers from those who love to wash their car themselves or weather the customer wants to remain in their car and get a complete automatic car wash experience.
After working for my Uncle for 2 years at he's car washes I really wanted my own and I came across this car wash. It was completely shutdown for many years so I approached the owner of the land and made a deal with him.
It took me 6 weeks to bring it back to life and open it and now the customers are starting to pour in. Not to mention I opened it during winter so I am yet. to see its full potential but here's a small taste of how its going so far!

You'll love your Quincy! I regularly install them and maintain them. The recip ones are dead solid. The screw compressors are decent too but the recip like you have seem to have way cheaper running costs as long as you stay on top of your maintenance.

Thanks! 🙏 Definitely looks smaller on screen but yes is generally on the smaller side. Can fit a large truck like F150 or tundra.

Dude, you should really buy more automatics to yeah the pricey, but they make more money do it yourself please do believe or not specially, in really hot parts so we can have air-conditioning on as a car gets clean

How often do things break down in a carwash? Do things break down every 2 days, every week, every 2 week, etc? I am interested in a car wash, but I'd be going into it blind. I never set one up, worked in one, nor do I know someone with experience. Also, are you opening up yours in California? Because im up in Canada and everything is super expensive here. We don't have any abandoned car washes here. It seems like there's way more business opportunity in America.
I opened my car washes about a year ago and when I did I put in all new equipment. When you put in new equipment it usually lasts many years before things start breaking down. In terms of small things that break like people driving over my guns or brushes that might happen once every other week or so but those are cheap easy maintenances just part of the business. Yes I’m in California. I had the same problem in Australia. No run down or shut down car washes. Lots more opportunities in America. Hence why I moved here. Good questions 👍🏻🙌🏻🙏
@@CarWashChronicles I'm actually dying to go to move Australia. I was shocked when I noticed your accent, and you moved to California. I feel like Australia is the place for me. I'd like to move to Sydney. I'm sick of the freezing weather here. Canada is brutal to live in. Sydney has the most amazing oceans I've seen on camera, but maybe it's hard to make a living there. You obviously know more than me.

Looking to buy a self service carwash does it make more sense to rent or buy it?
In my opinion the best scenario is to own the land but if you don’t have the resources to purchase the land then leasing is a better entry point into the business
