More of these polyboat manufacturers need to really start considering the US market. They would sell really well here but also price needs to come down
Hope I didn't miss it, but what's the draft of this boat? What does it float in and what does it run in while on plane? Love the mods you did and it looks great. I agree with other commenters, these poly boats need to get to the US. The US manufacturers need to step up their games for sure!! Thanks!!
Great review JM, do you feel the tiller model gives you a wee bit more space? The addition of a little electric on the bow must be perfect for impoundment & close offshore reefs & chasing schools! Thanks for going to the trouble of putting this together! ✌️🙏
@@paulw9293 no problem 👌 thanks for watching - oh yes certainty as always a tiller offers more cockpit space over any console - it is a tiny console but still takes space - main reason I will go console next boat aside from the zoom zoom feel is many long drives with the tiller start to get very uncomfortable on the body - spent some long hours hooning around mondy and out front of Bribie and steering wheel would be far more comfortable 👍 I will compromise a little cockpit space for more comfort
🌴🤔hummm, so one of the things I’ve seen on these plastic boats is when they build them they sandwich the hull and deck and seal it up using entrapped air as flotation , if you drill or make a hole in it it’s got to be sealed up or you’ll get water inside , I would of thought they could of filled it with A-B , flotation foam , not only would it make the boat unsinkable, but it would structurally made the boat stronger and quieter right now it’s a big drum pounding waves ,the other thing is and I don’t get this is the price at $ 3500 bucks , let’s all admit it the world has a lot of recycled plastic that these boats could be made of and the price of them really needs to come down , it’s got a lot of good features I would really like them to build flats skiff styled boats that have casting decks forward and aft with a poling platform mounted on the back and 14’ long , these are dry boats and could run in shallow water , wish they built them here in Florida 🇺🇸
I have been trying different heights to get the best performance and found that height works best for my set up, just clamped on seems to put the leg in a tad too deep so I found the sweet spot and bolted it which suits me better. …in the next version of this boat due early 2025 they are looking at offering both short shaft and long shaft ability.

Jomo Boats intention is to make this available in USA once manufacturing capacity has increased

Hey mate, thanks for the review. Just wondering why the motor is so high up off the transom? Cheers, A
