I think Ussop is probably the best hipercarry at the game. Tbh i didn't play this game but i watched a lot of videos and he feels pretty overwheilming. Maybe you can solo Goku before he kills you if you sell your boots for more speed or dmg.
His skills don't scale that much at all No matter how many phys damage and armor pen you have it will be not enough during the late game And the cooldown of his skills are pretty high for a poker type damage dealer So what are you going to do after you use all of your skills? You will still be using your basic attack no matter what since he is still a marksman
@@kyouitvI think he means more burst damage adc then a dps basic attacking because his enhanced basic attack does scale quite well with ad actually so using that then his skills to get 2 off amounts to pretty high burst
@@GTA8five you can get free crystals and tickets when progressing the game... So choose what you want to main in the banner Most of the characters can just easily be countered

Kinda hard to die in this situation since it's a 3v5
I think Usopp is more of a skill damage hero thus it's better to itemize more on phys dmg and pen

Well my build is a combination of both...
You won't be able to spam his passive due to the high cooldown of his skills even in full cdr
