The stated capacity on a power bank is different then actual capacity due to the energy loss from conversion. So a 10,000mah power bank will not charge a 5000mah phone twice. You have to do the conversion to understand how much will be lost. I believe Nitecore states both stated and actual capacities on the product itself.
NITECORE = Poor Customer Service. My NB10000 failed, granted after the warranty period, but without any heavy use. The USB-A port just fell out. Customer Service will only repair at my cost, all in will almost be price of a new unit. Poor showing. Better products for your hard earned money.
Used one on a 2200 mile hike this year, it worked great and it still works.
