I always love to see competitive eaters taking care of their health, it seems like a sport that would be all too easy to become obese in.
its like how sumo wrestlers are super fat but they eat really healthy to stay strong
I don't think it's sustainable to be a competitive eater without being so mindful of your health

Extremely impressive how he's able to keep such a healthy lifestyle with such a high calorie intake.
Being relatively skinny and fit is a trait often found in competitive eaters, as the body recognizes when its taken in way too many nutrients to absorb in one sitting (and its theorized that ab fat hinders the stomach from expanding as much as it otherwise could). In this case the body just flushes most of it out through the intestines. Not great for your digestive tract, but that's show biz baby
I doubt his body can absorb all the carbs from a binge session like that. And it explicitly said that he's eating very healthy day to day.
So I doubt doing competitive eating every couple weeks has any impact on your health except maybe from some undesirable consequences of pushing so much volume through your body

I love that this man has evolved to be able to indulge in challenges like this. To think a couple years ago during covid I started watching videos of this guy playing games he liked. His channel(s) have evolved to heights none of us thought possible. From 200k pv to 1 mil easy every upload. Its weirdly sentimental to say I am proud of this stupid online creator for achieving his dreams. From failed apple tech employee to online superpower, not a bad trade, lud.
