Have you heard of snatch wars? It’s a Star Wars skit where they’ve swapped Vader’s lines with Bricktop quotes. Cracks me up every time.
Still one of the best mash-ups, especially clever as it was made so long ago!
You muggin' me off, mate?
Proper naughty!
Danny Dyer would be proud, KB
Oh no, dont forget about "Scottish Star Trek" which if you do watch you might need this explaination: Malky- Originating in Glasgow / West Coast of Scotland, a term for slashing someone with a straight razor, usually across the face. Comes from the dubious rhyming slang of Malky (Malcolm) Fraser, Razor.
Has extended over the years to mean simply giving someone a 'doing' - beating them up - or a 'Glesga kiss' - a headbutt - and has also expanded throughout Scotland and into the North East of England.
Soccer AM a Saturday morning football show in England 😅
this was Channelbee but, yes, Lovejoy, Fenners, Sheephead, Dyson, Neil the Square, Robbie the Tramp etc
You should watch the chewing the fat version; as that is hilarious.
I think even a load of Brits won't get the dialogue in this video, never mind Americans. Allow me to enlighten you.
Told Bones to keep his mincers peeled : I told Dr McCoy keep his eyes open
I've not clocked a single Klingon boat: I haven't seen a single Klingon face
They've mugged us right off : They're' making us look rather foolish
It's all kicking off big time: A major situation has developed
A proper tear up: A big fight
@@lesmartin8131
Sorry to hear that. Hope you feel better soon lol
Cockney rhyming slang: mincies - mince pies - eyes. Boat - boat race - face. Turkish - Turkish bath - laugh.
TAYSIDERS IN SPACE!!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥😂😂😂
Does anybody else remember an advert on TV from WAY back in the day where we're on a floating market in Thailand but all the Thai people were speaking English but with a cockney accent as they sold their wares? Pretty sure it was an advert for tourism, but I can't find it anywhere

Have a shot at accents from South West England. Certain vowel sounds are similar to American pronunciation.
I'm at the opposite end of the country but can decipher most of their rhyming slang. "Are they having a Turkish?" = turkish bath = laugh / larf

The accent of the deep south USA is a blend of English west country, west midlands and far northern Scotland...who were the roughest most uncivilised people of the new immigrants.

@@kennym5898 well it's almost Dundonian, which is on the east coast and at least old Dundonian is nigh on incomprehesible to anyone outside of Dundee

As a Cockney, who is about to move away ending our family's 117yr history in this area ( we don't fancy ending up like General Custer ) I have to explain you rarely have Cockneys talk like that much anymore. What you do have is " Dirty South " ( South London ) awash with those speaking in their own made us version of " Cockenese " , but overall they mostly speak in lazy " Ghettonese " barstardised English in that part of the city, that even has us Cockney's cringing hearing it spoken.
Clerkenwell Cockney here , just to let you know there's still one or two of us left . My tribe are Cockneys going back to the mid 19th century .You're right , very few sound the same as when I was a kid in the 1950's they're just adapting to all the other influences round about. Have a listen to Charlie George he's proper Islington .
Hoxton born but spent most of my youth fighting/thieving over in Islington/Whitecross street. 😉@@lesmartin8131
