Replacing the internal lithium battery for XOSS G and G+ GPS cycling speedometer units

Our two Xoss GPS units were starting to die very quickly despite a full charge and the battery level meter always showed full 3-bars. Charge time became very short, and run times dropped to about 2-3 hours or sometimes lesser before the whole unit shuts down. The symptoms get worse when we have the backlight turned on during night cycling. An obvious sign of battery failure or simply being worn out, end of life.
