Newbie here what’s the blue you put your pattern on?

Its blue painters tape, That way, you don't glue your patterns to the wood ,then when done cutting, just peel the tape off with the pattern
No glue residue on your projects

The Dremel router attachment for drilling the holes is a great idea.
