I have doubt mam whether start state should be final state than only we can take epsilon right ,pls crt me if i am wrong

No. You are wrong. We have to add epsilon for the start state only. Sometimes the start state and final states are also the same, at that time also you should also add epsilon. In simpler terms, always add epsilon to the start state.
