Would you be able to share details of the ceramic light blue cookware that you used to cook paneer labaabdar. I am in getting rid of my old pots and pans (non-stick or aluminum ones) and trying to replace with stainless steel and ceramic.

You are a grt cook whr in you cook with a lot of love and patience,love to watch your videos,but just one suggestion,pls take it positivley,try keeping the kulchas etc on a wrap paper in the basket,rather than keeping on a newspaper.Hope you take it positively.As my elders have always told me this that the ink on the paper isnt good for the food,otgerwise your skills are just amazing and watching your videos give solace to my soul❤
