  • In this video I deconstruct The Acolyte in a world first AI data review of the series, by comparing the story themes coded to the Sequel trilogy.
And I observe The Acolyte fixes some problems for Lucasfilm, taking a step in the right direction in terms of story, but causes other problems with moments of poor execution.
I also refer to data from my first video on the channel about the Sequels, which you can check out in the below link:

what did everyone expect from it I mean seriously it’s before the chosen one and before the wars it’s during the high republic era the Jedi were at there best back then but the galaxy was at peace so I didn’t expect that much excitement it’s also there first attempt at a story before everything
Edit - oh yeah and the Jedi didn’t sense qimirs connection with the force Qimir was so powerful with the force he hid his identity from them just like palpatine

Thanks for your comment. I for one had high expectations for the series as it promised the first set of new force user characters since the Sequels. But while the narrative strategy made sense, the execution was generally poor.
Qimir was one of the highlights for me though. To your point, he could well have learnt to disguise his force powers from the Jedi as Sidious and Plagueis did and that would indeed make him one of the most powerful force users in lore, which I didn't consider. And it's likely we won't know how powerful he really was with the recent reports the second series had not been commissioned.
