Yes! I have an updated video that I'm filming at the moment where I use a wood burning tool to make the holes. Also I'm trying my hand at a galvanizing technique and greenery instead of the bows :)

It has a new method for making the holes in the top, no drill this time and a galvanized paint finish, but the actual method for making the bells is the same. You may enjoy that version more ❤️🌲❤️

Those bells are beautiful! It was so nice to watch a video where a glue gun wasn’t used. Lol. The way you made those they should hold up well (using the E-6000). I did get quite a laugh when I saw your huge drill. 😁 Mine is much smaller because I’m not supposed to lift heavy objects. I found a trick to keep bows shaped while I was making a bow for my granddaughter. After you shape it how you want it spray it with a strong hair spray like aqua net. (You May also use starch or stiffener). Thanks so much for sharing!

The hairspray is a great tip, my problem is that they get crushed in storage so I have to fluff them out each time I get them out anyway, that's why wired ribbon is my best friend 😍
Also I use hot glue for temporary stuff, it won't last for big projects like this. I have found an alternative to E6000 though, if the fumes bother you, it's called The Ultimate by Crafters Pick and I love it! The power of a super glue but is as easy to work with as Aleenes Tacky glue

I love the lanterns too, they were from Walmart and I felt sure they'd be back this year but they don't seem to have them. I have seen similar ones in Michael's and Lowe's this year though.

You can add two entwined pipe cleaners to the bow, drill two smaller holes in the bowl and feed the pipe cleaners. You won’t need the glue.
