Brooke does need help. Stephanie can be evil. Brooke always blames her problems on some one else. Take responsibility for her own actions. In this particular situation Stephanie wasn't responsible for Brooke losing her children. Sometimes Stephanie manipulates and we know Brooke. These 2 people are kind of alike.
