@Jaron yeah I realized my brain had been down bad most of my life. Always been a low energy hermit introvert. But with a intense emotional passionate side which can freely express when I'm comfortable. Used to be addicted to pmo for over a decade before I overcame and got into the Red Pill back in 2020. Starting practicing dating app game in 2021, lost my virginity and had a couple handfuls of lays back in 2022 and had a girl stick around for about 8 months. Before she got dissatisfied sexually and we stopped talking. However i found out around the summer last year that I mightve had ADD And RSD all my life also which contributed to never feeling myself around people and having anxiety by default struggling to manage adult life, executive dysfunction since I been fully living on my own now for over a year. And now I'm gonna be 27 next month :( After all the struggle I went through to get girls attracted and respect me dealing with feelings of existential, inadequacy, and unworthiness, I got tired of feeling stuck in this level of consciousness, and seeing my life meaninglessly waste away in front me day in day out month in month out, to a year gaining no real foothold on anything. Working a soul killing desk job, that pays decently. Yet still somehow failing to manage or save anything without a side gig. Constantly cleaning up messes... I started getting into biohacking, neuroscience, nootropics.
I've discovered that most of that dude you tryna be is already in your brain. I already know I'm confident. It just needs to be unlocked sustainably. Along with addressing a lot of the negative self belief I've carried since childhood, because i was always depressed and paranoid that something was wrong with me. When youre brain is healthier, your self talk is more on point. There is objectivity to the consciousness of those that win with women. I'm investing in some high level consultation to help me dial it in. Along with baseline health and fixing any damage that may be there. I'll have to take out a loan but in the long run my life will pay all my debt back dividends and transform the trajectory of my life.
