Yes, me too! Get practiced at pouring then try some shapes! The butterfly's pretty easy to start with.
I actually did a blown out butterfly, after watching your blown flowers. So when I saw this I thought that's what you did but I was pleasantly surprised you used another technique. Pretty awesome!

I love what the spatula did with the butterfly wing on the left side when the tip made a zigzag shape. I can't wait to try this now as well. Thanks for taking the time to post this. I absolutely love Butterflies Caren and I was amazed by your paintings they are so beautiful. And I found the technique you use really interesting! I have never seen anyone paint like that before. You make it look so easy and fun and I feel like if more people saw it they might actually have a go at painting when normally they would be afraid to coz of not knowing where to start.
