There is the law and it's not adhered the same all over the country. They don't do hardly anything to these fly-tippers. I watch these Council programmes on TV and when they catch up to him the Magistrates courts just give him a piddling little fine instead of doing what they are meant to do, by giving them a £50,000 fine for the first offence. Then unlimited fines for a second third and fourth offence.. All they have to do is pay for a licence and tip it at Council sites. It's only because they would have to register themselves has a business and pay proper taxes.
I live in Nova Scotia Canada & I worked 7 years for my garbage Collection crew & I came across piles like this before !! Worst thing is....doing this in the PISS POURING rain or in sleet !! 🤮👎

Try watching these vids after you're done shooting and you'll see what we mean.

Thanks for the clip! ... only the unsteady cam from arround minute 36 is really hard to follow. The best clips from you are with a steady angle (Not to far from the packer ) and use of a tripod. Maybe in Future you could try it. Or maybe you would use one steady cam- angle and, if you like it so much more, another moving cam in addition. .. Just some ideas, how to make you nice clips easier and more interesting to follow. .. Anyway, thanks again for posting!
