I have the exact problem same color issues w dark brown hair and gray roots getting too dark where this is !! Thank you I hope mine looks that good. I just bought it yesterday
LOL this is old and when I look at it I actually like it dark BUT I won't do that again because it was so hard to get it back to my more natural (but dyed) color.
Your hair will go brassy after using color oops because permanent dye lifts the hair then deposits the color so when color pops shrinks the dye molecules so they slip out when you wash it if you re olor after make sure you pick a color that is 2 shades lighter than you want so it doesn’t go to dark
I just used this product, left it on 20 min, rinsed and shampooed, conditioner as directed. I have to say im pleasantly surprised. Im too tired to recoloor tonight but may try in a couple of days. Directions say to color at least 1-2 colors lighter than you normally would. Ill keep this in the house for emergencies. I like it. I may decide i don't need to recolor so soon. I color for gray so it will be done fairly soon.
I have the same color as her and used color oops exactly according to the instructions and my hair came out orange just like on the box. That's due to previously using color products with ammonia which lightens the hair.
Ive never had hair this dark I've used other methods but they're all harsh on your hair. Idk if it's that your hair color was too dark maybe it's the undertone? Anyway, better afterward. Anyway glad to see another video .
I am too daring sometimes, lol. It removed all the dark color but gave me a new problem color to deal with. Next time I'll go to the professionals but i honestly didn't hate it. It was more red. Red is hard to get out of your hair apparently!
That means at some point you had a red or brown color underneath. It strips the top colors out. Reds and blues are hard to remove the color oops only help you’ll need bleach.
I love this lighter softer on you! It’s beautiful!

Total BS! This product says it will return your hair back to its regular color. No! It did not lighten my hair it turned it bozo red. Never again.
That’s simple chemistry
