While I may never live in Mobile again due to work and my future wife being from Michigan. It’s nice watching Mobile boom, I remember not to long ago when the road where all those shops are now, was a movie theater and the way to go watch the Baybears.

I know that Whataburger was there in 1971. Went there many times. Ditto with the Colonel Dixie. Loved me some Dixie Dogs!

They actually just opened a new restaurant that’s very similar to Colonel Dixie based off of its legacy. It’s called the Colonels tavern! It moved into the former Applebee’s on government near Knollwood.

Looks like a really clean modern city mate ,there are definitely some characteristic American style homes a great contrast to the classic old Queenslander style in Brisbane Australia mate I love to see your beautiful city one day I’m sure to visit when I’m on holidays once all the restrictions are lifted , not sure how I’ll go driving on the right hand side of the road with left hand drives hahaha as we drive with right hand drives with driving on the left hand side of the road I’m bound to get beeped at if I make an error lol

Australia is a big place there snow , desert, heat of the tropics places on mention are Sydney, south east Queensland, which covers the Gold Coast which is like a mini Hawaii and LA combine very touristic and great beaches , where I live Brisbane and is home to 2.4 million ppl and has plenty to see and don’t forget our national capital Canberra which has the war memorial but is very cold there it’s now our fall(autumn) opposite to you lol

Mobile. The eastern terminus of Highway 90 is in Jacksonville, Florida, 400 miles east. It spans three time zones.
