What about systematic sampling? Is it a non probability sampling?
Example.. it selects every 5th from class, every 10th person of a register, every 8th person of telephone directory etc.

Systematic sampling is a restricted random sampling method. This method is popularly used in those cases where complete lists of the population from which sample is to be drawn is available. Under this method the item in the population are included in intervals of magnitude K. Ex: when there are 1000 items in the population and we want to draw a sample of 200 items then the interval 1000/200=5.
So the samples 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 etc th items.
