Thanks Jon I’m doing well and relaxed and calm today my appointment went well today I did a mammogram and ultrasound today it went well too I’m not as stressed compared to last year Jon I’m more alert less anxiety that means my mental health is improving better I’m still recovering my bad burnt on my scalp because my mom accidentally burned my top head with a blow dryer high hot level 🫣 it hurts so bad yesterday but the medicine is working in my top head I’ll be better tonight it’ll take a while for the burn to heal 🥵 but I’ll be fine love you 🥰
