@@Kalashnik1 Really? I'm not that good at remembering nicknames. And I'm mostly on airsoft channels. Some real steel and sciency channels too. On the latest USAirsoft short someone mentioned the garand ping and your video was linked in so I just had to check it out.
Hi! I’ve been wanting to buy one of these M1 garands for a while, and I know you make steel part replacements for the rifle. Do you believe that with the new rifles in stock along with your steel part replacements will actually make the gun useful for real Airsoft combat?
Hey Erick! Unfortunately not. The rifle is just not made for skirmishing. The materials are too fragile, the internal system is temperamental, and the hop-up sucks. If you want a skirmishable Garand, the ICS one is the best option out there. Until a company like Marui or GHK comes out with a gas Garand, I'd refrain from purchasing the Marushin for every reason besides novelty. Hope this helps.
@@Kalashnik1as far as I know, there is no other gas garand on the market that is so nicely reproduced. Hello, ive been thinking of getting a 6mm variant. Do you think its worth it? Is it skirmishable? My only concern is that Part 45 that everyone in the forums say that breaks easily.
Do you scrape clips or use high pressure gas to make the "ping" sound? I think there are some details that you can't say, so it's ok to be rough. i want to know😏

Just two things..I am using a 3D printing clip and once I insert it as loaded and try to close the bomt it try to pop out (sometimes)..once all the bb are fired it pops out only at half and remained jammed ..could you help me please ? Maurizio
Hello Maurizio nice to hear from you again. I'm glad you figured out the proper caliber! To fix your clip issues, it is best to use an original Marushin clip, but if you are unable then make sure your clip follower spring is strong enough to push the follower all the way to the top. A lot of times the spring in the clip is too weak and the clip follower gets stuck underneath the silver tab in the rifle. On the last shot, the clip follower must be at the very top, pushing the silver piece forward. This is how proper ejection happens.
Yes..thank you..i put several different lenght springs but the problem remains. It is impossible to buy a metal/plastic genuine clip anywhere. If I only had one just for a trial I could be sure that the problem is the clip ! 😞 the issue that once loaded I try to close the bolt and the loade clip try to pop out is persistent..is this issue uncommon ?
@@maurizioditerlizzi3099 This issue happens when the silver tab does not move back towards you. After you insert the clip and pull the charging handle back slightly, the silver tab should release (move towards you) and the bolt should go forward, clambering a BB. I think I have an original Marushin 8mm clip somewhere. If you want, I can sell it to you.
Is there a way to redo the inner barrel system? I heard it has like 2 hopups or something weird and I want to get one and redo all the internals with steel parts, hpa tap it, and find a way to do metal mags but I'm not sure what options I have for the barrel.
They stopped making these around 10 years ago, maybe 11. You can get these off of eBay or if there’s someone you know IRL with a good collection then they might have one. Be careful, though, these things are worth around $1000 dollars on average because of how rare and unique they are
Sound effects 😎 The part I provide is a reinforced version of the pot metal bolt that is the first to bite the dust with these guns. It doesn't affect the clip.
@@Kalashnik1 no way that completely goes against logic I thought CO2 was more powerful compression wise or is it because green gas has a slippery or lubrication to it 🤔
I’ve seen them range from around 700-1500, they stopped making them a long time ago and they’re the only airsoft garand with an ejecting clip gas blowback system
Hello I am Korean and in South Korea. I'd like to purchase your " Marushin M1 Garand Part #45's (STEEL)". If you let me know the purchase process by your email, I will purchase it.
I wanted to ask, why does the ping sometimes not work? Also did you buy this from a seller, or did you get this way back when they came out? I will never forget my real surge in airsoft back in 2012 right before and after blackops 2 came out. I found out the m27 was the m416 because of airsoft. I still remember to this day of my airsoft buddy telling me of this gas blowback garand that made the ping. I was absolutely blown away by the information at the time. I have only recently seen videos of it because tbh, I didnt belive him in 2012. But it's an absolute shame they stopped production. No matter what, this product should have been continued and improved, instead of dropped by a flawed gas system. That ping will never get old.. also does it have threads?? I find it very weird nome of the WWII gbb guns dont have threads for tracers, Realistic? Sure. But definitely minimalizes the fun to be had, especially if you just want to shoot at targets.
It’s so sad they discontinued it. If it were still here I would have gotten it.🙁
If WE or any other GBB manufacturer made one that'd be great but it's unlikely

I know this is a year late but they stopped selling it because it became illegal since the 8mm version can fit and fire .30-06 clips
is there anyway it can be adjusted to run more smooth? It looks like its struggling to move the bolt group rearwards and then limply carries forwards. Is it properly lubricated?
That is so awesome! But why is the bolt so slow? Was it cold during the filming?

It's moving slow because duster gas is being used.
