Really sorry to say but haware is the worst builder inside the Navi Mumbai he is spoiling name of Marathi builders 1) he never handover his societies specially commercial society eg haware infotech park , haware fantasia vashi Always trouble office owners , keep management in hand by making company instead of society so that he can earn maintenance through out life time worst mentality Threaten society members whoever force to make society 2) low quality buildings 3 ) in haware infotech you can go and see condition of lifts people wait for lift for 1-1 hr 4) no maintenance fire incident happened several times in his projects 5) no customer friendly nature only corrupt mind and thinking 6) no post completion support you can only regret after buying and finally you will sell your property in loss You can ask in any commercial buildings he made like haware infotech Haware fantasia haware centurion Worst planning worst maintenance worst management Put your money anywhere but not in haware projects
