Heaven - The Universe of Hidden Interiors or Heaven refers to an area where you will find all the interiors of the buildings in the State of San Andreas. This "universe" is placed high in the sky, far from the fly height limit. Once inside Heaven, the normal world of San Andreas disappears.
Heaven contains more than 150 interiors divided in 18 levels. Most of these interiors are used in the game (gyms, restaurants, clothes shops, clubs and more), but some aren't and are never seen in the game.

I find it amazing how much more ambitious and down to earth rockstar wanted to be with this game but largely censored or for hardware limitation reasons scrapped entirely. I suspect alot of the content like crates, drugs, and heists were at some point originally planned for San Andreas.
In the beta version of gta sa, Cj was supposed to take drugs from drug dealers in los santos. After taking drugs, the whole screen will give us a blurry video just like the blurry video in gta vc mission boomshine saigon(where tommy takes phil to the hospital in little haiti).
Funfact: A drug dealer who was working for officer tenpenny was cut from the game and that drug dealer was poncho as well as officer carver and larry were removed from the original doberman mission.

@@NigeeNkomo I think that Rockstar Games added Bayside to the final version at the last minute so that they can remove the alcatraz island in san fierro.
I wandered around blue hell for a while...I didn't find any interiors but I did find an upside down copy of CJ flying around with me; a random shovel floating in midair; and invisible water.
it's a shame they didn't use those house textures for saves and instead reused the same interiors for some safehouse checkpoints :(

I know this is a remaster not a remake but it is the basic thing which needs to be added. Gta5 also has many interiors. (Some of them are used in cutscenes.)

One thing that confuses me, how do we actually get into these interiors? Because when we finally get into the warehouse there is nothing but darkness around?

When the enters the interior, all areas in the game has been hidden except the area where you enter an interior and the area where the building you entered is completely hidden when player is on the interior that you entered.
That mechanism is exist on Shenmue, an open world game for Sega Dreamcast before GTA 3 is exist. Shenmue's world mechanism is same as GTA Vice City, Vice City Stories, and GTA Liberty City Stories.

People want original aesthetics but don't want original harmless glitches by your logic they should have also fixed the infamous myth of ghost car and NPC suic*de which turned out to be glitches in OG game
The"Warehouse" from 06:13 is located in San Fierro, Docks. In the Beta version you have some missions in this warehouse to kill people with chainsaw.
Then the feature returned in liberty city stories.(slash TV minigame)

This is because GTA San Andreas was a rather complex game for 2005 PCs and even the PS2. Adding in the interiors like Vice City would cause unnecessary lag, so Rockstar put them beyond the drawing distance, and put markers to buildings, that go to one of these interiors.
About those Apartments, those were the Girlfriends apartments used for the "Hot Coffee" mini game. Which created the game ESRB to be Ao, also known as Adult Only. The mini game itself wasn't suppose to be in the game, some modders were able to mod the game's files to get the mini game on PC, later on it was modded on PS2 and Xbox.

actually, i remember most of these rooms, they are used in missions though. that would be why they created a good portion of the rooms.

I think it was the general of the soldier house.
It's the Minigun, you can find it in a few locations, one of this is Toreno's House passing the mission Vertical Bird, with the 2 rocket launchers and the flamethrower, in this location haves 500 shoots, in another locations 200 shoots.
The Hidden Interiors Universe is just the GTA backrooms.
This reminds me of the cutscene glitch in Tomb Raider Anniversary, where through a glitch you can play through the cutscenes.

i did this once on PS2 trying to reach Liberty City, but i wound up in SF, from the cut-scenes. The Gas Station garage doors was open. Also the cars i had in the garage can be driven but they was totally invisible. Unlike the cheat, there was no wheels.
that first area is used to preview the the multiplier skin or character choosing screen and in one of the missions!

If you pay attention, in minute 11:21 you can see flights coming from Liberty City, Vice City, Carcer City but the one that surprised me was the flight coming from Johnson.
That is flight CJ101 which is used in a mission.
One time during Ryder mission of “Robbing uncle sam” I was picking up the boxes from that forklift vehicle and bcoz it was hard to attach the box on the vehicle I rushed in full speed and somehow I entered one the warehouse through the wall. The thing is the warehouse was completely packed and I was trying to find my way out but all doors were closed and that the I thought it was some glitch but now it makes so much sense it wasn't a glitch.

I've found the interior IDs. So I decided to teleport to the yellow marker after I killed those guys. But no luck, no yellow marker. Just a mirror floor, but I found the other warehouse which was boring. But not the one you are showing.
This video was uploaded a bit late, in 2012 everyone was hyped for GTA V and almost everybody's played GTA:SA and found that "heaven". I remember when i was like 10 (2006) entering there for the first time and it scare the shit out me! Nice memories

i did this a couple of times on the PS2 version to get the "hidden" tattoos rockstar goofed on. The tattoo parlor in SF was supposed to have a different set of tats; mayan sun, weed leaf and other shit like that but they goofed and instead the tattoos available there were the ones u could get at LS

Its not really never meant to be seen, its not even a separate place really - its just a place on the regular games map really really really high up (far past the height limit of all airplanes) where all the interiors are stored.
But yeah I can see how it would be creepy.

A lot of samp servers I was a regular on used the shamal interior - there was only one shamal spawning per server and if you entered it as a passenger and used a command you could teleport to the interior and back

Answer for people wondering why these are here. A lot of the interiors are used during cut scenes and some interiors are from the beta stage of the game that went unused

There's one interior from a SA LP on the lparchive that has a bunch of stealable TVs, picture of CJ's girlfriends, and a black, faceless guy who attacks you and doesn't bleed when killed.

As far as I know, the one in the Mulholland Safehouse is Blue Hell. I don't know about the other ones. What I'm trying to do is access the tattoo parlor with exclusive tattoos. You can get those tattoos in the San Fierro tattoo parlor on the PC, but I'm on the PS2 so I can only get those tattoos through Heaven and I want to save the game afterwards so cheating is entirely out of the picture.
Can anyone tell me if Heaven works on The Remastered version for Xbox 360? Since the game is remastered I assume Rockstar would have deleted this from the game otherwise
Also, if I were to speculate I would say those Unknown houses might be safe houses that were originally purchase able but now are unused for some reason. that's just MY theory so
