A lot of parents think their children are like angels who would never bully another child, but in a pack they can be like hyenas going for the child that's in some way different.
Parents of bully kids usually are / were bullies themselves. I remember from school the biggest bully kids were often unhappy children with parents who were often not there for them... Also the adults are often full of prejudices and their kids pick up on this, it's usually learned behaviour. If the parent makes vile comments at home about somebody's appearance, the child will do the same face to face because they think it's acceptable.
That was normal back then. My hate group decided to give themselves the ironic name of "my name fanclub". It was in the early days of the internet so they made sure to post every embarrassing moment of my life from the time I started school until the day I moved away, a little less than 10 years. Stuff even I didn't remember until they 'helpfully' brought it up. The teachers didn't help because bullying was seen as a healthy and normal part of childhood. You would be disciplined for reporting it because you were being a 'snitch'.
Well, that’s part of life, teachers maybe just doesn’t have the will to stop, like really, I thought having xenophobic people was bad enough, but I was in a school that was literally a Strip Club and you could have been sexually assaulted anytime

Its awful that people have to feel the urge to keep reminding you that your different to the point where even your friends join in. I've been in a situation where all my friends turned on me at my first school when they found out about my mental health and what I was dealing with at home and they couldn't deal with me missing school so much because of it. After a while, they began meeting up without me and in the end they openly hung out without me and rubbing it in my face. No one deserves that. She is so strong and I admire her so much. She proves that no matter how badly you're treated in the past you can still make it through!

I am always in awe of people who choose to overcome such adversities in life and emerge victorious. Just like what Chelsey Peat has gallantly shown everyone. She valiantly chose to accept whatever it is that she has and try to help others who share the same condition as hers. It’s a life-changing experience when you choose to help others who are going through the same thing because you are clearly showing them that life is (and will always be) beautiful, no matter what. And for those people who like to bully others, I pray that you may all find fulfilment in God; that you don’t need to belittle or bully others just because they have differences but rather help them realise that life must actually go on. They all need love, compassion, acceptance and understanding. And to you Chelsey, I pray that God will continuously use you to empower others who need to hear your extraordinary story. Your life story needs to be heard and celebrated. God bless girl ♥️💪🏼☺️😉 Love you ♥️
It is an honour to watch your video because you teach people how to accept themselves as they are especially kids. Never be embarrassed because you are different. Being bullied because of who you are is something I can't understand why people are so cruel. Keep up you are a star at the middle of sky.
You are a inspiration dear lady....! I pray those rotten kids in school regret what they did to you. Sometimes the only time these kids get it is when they have a family member being bullied....maybe their own kids. But you are a survivor lady! God bless you and your family!
My son was diagnosed with glaucoma in his right eye at 4 months old and his frontal lobe of his brain dead. All the drops (medication) for his eye and the pressure tests, and bright light, surgeries to insert tubes to relieve the pressure, patching the good eye to force the right to track with the left and the pain, etc. I could never take away the tears and I wanted so badly to help and heal and all I could do was put on a brave face when I really wanted to cry too and he is my first born too. Junior high was hell and he is 100% blind in that eye and it is larger like your own and I never thought and I don’t know why, but I never thought another child would suffer from glaucoma. I’m sorry I didn’t think of you Chelsea. My son is 25 this year and he is amazing just like you. To think that some have no disabilities and they take things for granted, when you and my son make our world so much better for being in it.
I have also a port wine stain birth mark and can absolutely relate to her struggles but thankfully I did not suffer the extent she did. People tend to hate and shame what they do not know and find themselves in the right of attacking others that are different but time and life has a ironic sense of humour towards those who believe they are better....She is an incredible intelligent and lovely person capable of inspiring good everywhere she goes. Her beauty is real and her legacy is the help she gives to those in the same situation.....Those haters from the past are simply forgotten and I am sure there lives didn't turn out to be what the expected (return law). Well done, Chelsey.

I wish it worked that way. I was bullied to the point of developing PTSD at age 12 and now I live alone in a shitty home while one of my worst bullies has a gorgeous wife and a great job. Lol.
I completely understand how she feels. I have an obvious leg deformity, and was tortured by peers and complete strangers, to the point that I no longer wear shorts to hide it. The lifetime of psychological abuse is awful, and I still suffer from severe PTSD and worthlessness. How would someone feel if every time they went somewhere in public, people would gawk and stare, kids would yell rude comments at them and their parents would say nothing in regard to their behavior being rude, and would in fact condone it, and where people would strangely feel it is your moral duty to teach them some life lesson on deformities to make them feel virtuous, without ever considering how you may feel, and come right up to you and ask questions about it. I don’t think complete strangers have any right to come up to me and start asking me questions in regard to my biggest insecurity. Can you imagine being insecure about the size of your nose and having complete strangers stare, point, laugh and come up to you and ask questions about it, and feel it is their right to do so? That is such narcissistic, disgusting behavior, and I have no idea why everyone thinks it is okay. It is a shame that our society that preaches how diverse they are can treat people who have deformities so cruel. We are the truly oppressed people who were the first to die in Nazi Germany, and the only group of people where it is still okay to openly be made fun of in movies and in film. I wonder why no one celebrates deformities or talks about all of the oppression, murder, and abuse our people have faced throughout history. No wonder we feel worthless. I never thought there was anything wrong with me. Society made it known that there was.
I just hope people look at the fact that a lot of people are born differently instead of trying to judge them as if they decided to do drugs or decided to hurt someone or go to jail unfortunately these are conditions that were born with meaning that you can't change it no matter how much you want to is just a part of us and all we want for people is to accept us for Who We Are. I pray that everyone and their family is being safe during this pandemic and stay strong and give support the people that has been doing their part nurse doctors and volunteers.

Illuminating kitty I am not lying. She has a beautiful smile. Why do you say I am lying when I am merely expressing my own opinion which happens to differ from your own? I suggest you open your eyes and start looking for beauty where you do not expect to see it.
Nothing is as ugly as bullying
Can’t believe kids made a club against her just because of a skin condition. How sad. That’s horrible.
Alsina Kiria
that sounds awful. hope you could shake it eventually after moving away.
She looks like art, that purple is beautifully unique.

I hope those awful girls in your high school are watching this. Your beautiful inside and out , and I admire you so much for helping others like yourself, I wish you and your loving family all the best. X
She’s def one of my favs!
Thee Mademoiselle ❤️❤️❤️
Chelsea, can t believe that they had a club against you. You are courageous, cute, sweet and intelligent....lovely personality...stay safe and strong. Greetings from Kiel, Germany.
She proves that no matter how badly you're treated in the past you can still make it through!
she looks great and more importantly a good person, the bullies are disgusting
That little boy is just so happy that there is someone who looks like him and I’m tearing up 🥺
I used to know a girl with this condition in elementary school, surprisingly everyone treated her well and I used to play with her a lot. Don’t know where she is now, but I hope she’s well.
This woman is so brave, and I wish her the best as well! She’s beautiful every single way and she’s got a strong will.
I think that Chelsea is beautiful just the way she is!
Yes. Thanks
Ikr! She's gorgeous!
@@surrealbeauty4520 she is !!! At first I didn't understand what's different with her eye ... but after explaining I have understood it - and at the 2nd view it doesn't look strange ... The color of her face looks like a painting - very nice !! From Germany with love !! 🌷
The monsters are the ones who felt comfortable to be members of the "hate Chelsea" gang. I'd be proud to know this lady. She's beautiful. Inside and out.
I just dont get how people would all gang up on her. Didn't any of them feel bad?
She’s so brave and kind. Beauty isn’t only on the outside.
I love how she is turning it into a good thing and supporting other people with birthmarks! (Not that it is bad, I think it’s beautiful)
Such an amazing woman. She beat the odds because she was meant to share her story. She is an inspiration and shows such great strength. God bless her.
Why always "kids are mean?" Why not "parents are failing?"
Jim Jones oh trust me... the kids learn this behaviour from someone. I am always happy to talk to kids about my condition and to educate. It’s dealing with the rude adults that drives me bonkers!
@@chelseypeat4087 True. I dont have hair anymore because of a condition called alopecia universalis. Most time no one know, because i have tattooed eyebrows and wearing a human hair wig that looks really realistic. but im totally fine with it and take my wig of sometimes. I'm working with children and they are really nice and gentle. They just ask questions and then no one of the children care anymore. Same in your case. It's mostly adults who are stupid
Mayluu I have a couple friends with Alopecia and have been there with their struggles. Stand strong! It’s always darkest before dawn! ❤️
My son is 5 and I'm always watching these shows with him. Plus I try and get books as well. I recently got him king and king, and Tango makes three (plus others) both were banned books cuz parents threw a fit. Which keeps their kids not understanding. I'll show him born different an point out how beautiful they are an that they're still humans. I hope it teaches him to understand people are different and be kind to them.
True. When I was in middle school we had a little person in our grade, and his mom came at the beginning of every school year & a few times a year and gave us a educational speech about his condition. Really helped.
I love the fact that this woman is an amazing ambassador!
She is kind and compassionate and has it all over those who bullied her!
Thank you for ALL the incredible words!!! ❤️❤️❤️😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️😍😍😍😍I am overwhelmed by the love! ❤️
Please feel to Share everyone and spread the awareness!!
@Chelsey Peat You are beautiful and I love you.
You are stunning and deserve the world
You are absolutely strong and fantastic woman !All the best for Your Family.👏👏
My wife has a friend that has this, she came to my wedding and i didnt know she had it till one day i seen her without make up covering her birthmark on her face, i didnt stare i saw only the beauty that was already inside her, everytime i see her i smile so big and hug her tight, we need more love in the world.
I admire the hell outta you. I don't know how to feel confident with my image. I have a twin sis and even tho we are 30 now, I know nothing more than how I should look because even my parents still compare me to her. I don't want opinions to bother me but at the same time I've only thought of myself as the 'other one' since birth. I don't know how to appreciate myself for who I am. But your vid just helped me understand a bit more of how to go about doing so for me, no one else. Thank you so much. You have no idea how grateful I truly am for you taking the time out of your life to give hope to the rest of us by this vid. If i could hug you right now then I'd give you one hell of a bear hug! So just know that I'm giving you one cyberly. Thank you so much girl.
She’s like everyone else💗💗, why are people so ignorant/rude?
J i y a J u n e j a because there blind and stupid
D T agreed
Because some people are disrespectful and feel sorry for themselves.
Her features are so unique! They inspired my artistic nature from the second I saw her. I can't imagine how someone can mock her because of such a thing. It is really sad that her life was so hard just because of the unusual and beautiful way she is. World we live in is such a disheartening place sometimes.
I’m an artist and I love her look. She’s incredible. I want to draw her, she’s so beautiful. Millions of people are “born ugly” their hearts built by struggle and shame. When they just go on and get up over and over. It’s an incredible struggle that can define the human experience. I wish I had 1/2 of her strength. Her children will be even stronger
User Name ❤️❤️❤️
That’s right! ❤️
No one should go through these traumatic experiences regardless of how they look. Some people don't end up stronger, it tears them to no return
I had a birthmark on my forehead, my parents got it removed when I started school. Eventhough I can i get the scar removed, I choose not to because its a part of who I am...
Great story!!!🙂
The way her birthmark buddy kept looking at her and smiling just made me tear up with joy!
The story of this woman is amazing! Chelsey's strength is inspiring.

@@chelseypeat4087 I'm Humbled by your strength. Bless.
I'll be completely honest here...I literally looked at the ladies face for 3 secs and then she seemed no different anybody I know.....(Probably a whole lot braver though)
Chelsea's energy is positive & soothing. She is surrounded by a very loving family. 😇
It's incredible to see her come through and become a role model for people with similar conditions, that is just amazing. So inspired by her!
Goes to show what a “great and civilized” society we live in. People don’t choose their genetics.
Show some respect.
True but they choose wether to have kids or not
@@getmeout9443 are you saying that the mom should somehow have known that her child would have this birthmark? Because they probably didnt have tests for those specific conditions back then.
God bless girl ♥️💪🏼☺️😉
Love you ♥️
That boy is lucky to have such a positive role model. And her girls will become strong and kind people with such mother.
I love that she does not use makeup to cover up her mark. This woman is a rolemodel, seriously ❤
❤️❤️❤️
It is an honour to watch your video because you teach people how to accept themselves as they are especially kids. Never be embarrassed because you are different. Being bullied because of who you are is something I can't understand why people are so cruel. Keep up you are a star at the middle of sky.
H.g Younis 🙏💜🙏
She’s such a strong & confident woman. Gotta love her.
Such a brave woman, she's an inspiration.
She has striking eyes and is an inspiration. Screw those kids in school, your birthmark is beautiful. I’m glad the epilepsy was resolved because that is a scary thing to have
She’s so gorgeous, wish I could have known her and been her friend in school. I can so relate to being bullied.
Little Ogeechee she’s not gorgeous. And that’s ok. We don’t need to lie. It’s the idea that everyone has to be “good looking” that’s part of the problem
yeshalloween Why do you assume I was lying? And please don’t bother to try to explain away anything to me. I am perfectly capable of understanding the entire point of the video. Thank you!
@@littleogeechee223 Still shes not gorgeous, and its okay for a woman to not be gorgeous
All the kids who used to bully her, they probably all work at McDonald's

Eh some school might have hate clubs.... but what the hell does that matter when there schools that are literally Strip Clubs and you could be sexually assaulted anytime
I wish it worked that way. I was bullied to the point of developing PTSD at age 12 and now I live alone in a shitty home while one of my worst bullies has a gorgeous wife and a great job. Lol.
@@bryannab7566 ya, but your still amazing and beautiful
Shes so down to earth and warm hearted, it's easy to see how someone would want her as a wife

She is so brave to tell her story. Thank you Chelsey!
I teared a little when she said there was high school club against her...that must have been a difficult period which I hope had made her stronger💪💪
She’s strong for preserving for so long despite her insecurities.
Your body is a vessel for the true beauty that lies within
Your soul
Go to a nightclub and you'll find thats not true
I just hope people look at the fact that a lot of people are born differently instead of trying to judge them as if they decided to do drugs or decided to hurt someone or go to jail unfortunately these are conditions that were born with meaning that you can't change it no matter how much you want to is just a part of us and all we want for people is to accept us for Who We Are. I pray that everyone and their family is being safe during this pandemic and stay strong and give support the people that has been doing their part nurse doctors and volunteers.

My boyfriend is 34 and he has a port wine stain all over his left arm. His left hand is also smaller than the right hand but by a little, only noticeable when comparing the both. He mentioned to me that he was bullied because of his birth mark and he didn’t have any friends. Makes me sad how mean children can be. Teach your kids to be kind to all despite any differences.
I literally love birthmarks, i have one too, all over my harm, shoulder and neck. I was lucky because bullying was never THAT intense, and i’ve made it to the point people want to draw me, take cool pics or even make me model. Birthmark are something too precious for someone to understand, but don’t let anybody take your pride away💪🏻♥️🔥
You are beautiful. I hate the “kids can be cruel” statement. Yes, they can so teach them different. Stop the bullying! I was tormented in school because I was adult sized 5’ 8” size 12 in the 4th grade. If fact I was bigger than most of my teachers. I’m 5’10” now, a size 18 and have no problems with my size. I love me. I’m glad you love you too.
