Just a tip... when spray painting your DIY pieces outside, do not spray so close to the pool water.. the toxins in the aerosal cans (spray) will eventually land into your pool water.
Try a large cardboard box to do your spray painting..

I agree that Contac paper is great for changing a look. I covered an entire tall, white IKEA cabinet with wood grain Contac paper to match the wood furniture in a room in my new (to me) house.

Was pleasantly surprised at how large the candleholders, now vases, were. FYI, I have found similar metal ribbon some time ago at the Dollar Tree. Bought 3 different varieties but have yet to use them. Thanks for the ideas for all the projects. Another great video!
